- Suapr (2023–2025, co-founded at 17, Tirana): AI-powered learning platform. 57,000 users across three countries, cross-functional team of eight. Built subscription models and KPI dashboards. Led research "Can AI/ML algorithms make learning as addictive as social media?", which secured €35,000 in government funding.
